Wild West Winter Fest |

CALF ROPING SCHOOL Arnie & Chad Johnson will put on a Calf Roping School at the Bigger Better Barn in Havre, Montana November 23, 24, and 25. The tuition is $300.00 with lunch provided Saturday and Sunday. This school is limited to 15 students, so if you are interested you better send your $100.00 deposit in as soon as possible to Arnie Johnson; 3726 Chalk Butte Road; Cut Bank, MT 59427 WINTER SERIES The annual Winter Series will be held at the Kountz Arena in Bozeman, Montana; December 1st and 15th. It will feature Barrel Racing, Pole Bending, Breakaway Roping and Goat Tying. Call Capi Kountz at 586-8379 for more information. DIRECTORS Mark your calendar A MANDATORY director’s meeting is scheduled for December 9, 2007 at 3:00 P. M. It will be held in the breakfast room at the Comfort Inn; Bozeman, Montana. Niki Baumann Gives It Her All Niki Baumann is sitting 1st. In the Montana High School Rodeo standings with 70 points. She is also sitting 5th in Girls All Around and 2nd in Rookie Girl All Around. Way to go, Niki! |

A New Mechanical Member The Bridger Mountains High School Rodeo Team just purchased a Heel-O-Matic. What a great practice tool for all types of roping, not just Team Roping. We are also investigating goat tying and calf roping dumbies. |

GET READY FOR SOME FEBRUARY FUN… The Bridger Mountains High School Rodeo Team will host an information and activity booth at the Wild West Winter Fest at the Gallatin County Fairgrounds in February. We will interact with exhibitions and lessons for the little folks in roping, miniature bucking bull riding and rodeo clown face painting. This will also be a wonderful opportunity to recruit new members and donations. Fun Will Be Had By All. Event discussion will be held during the January Member Meeting.
